Opatija's Bevanda Restaurant has raised coffee-drinking culture to another level: visitors to this renowned restaurant can now enjoy a cup of "personalised espresso", whose flavour will change according to the time of year.

Lovers of a superb cup of coffee will definitely enjoy the new offer in Opatija's Bevanda Restaurant: starting from this autumn, visitors to this restaurant can order a cup of personalised espresso, popularly called "coffee with a story". A whole team of experts was involved in the creation of this perfect cup of coffee – baristas, sommeliers, coffee tasters and coffee roasting establishments. The result is a coffee blend made from superb coffee varieties.
The text on the promotional leaflet that is always given with the coffee reads: "Different coffee varieties from Mexico, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Honduras and Burundi give this blend an almost perfect character. Accented hazelnut, chestnut and honey aromas with a distinctive dry-plum waft make this fragrant impression very seductive, while the accented taste of the coffee with an ideal harmony of sweet, bitter and sour turns the experience of drinking this espresso into a memorable pleasure." This is the autumn edition of the personalised espresso, already praised by many visitors of the restaurant. Big news is that it will change with the seasons. The coffee is classically served in cups, and visitors can take home with them a special souvenir – a glass full of this coffee blend beans.
The superb "coffee with a story" is the latest in the series of extravagant projects by Opatija's Bevanda Restaurant, which started with a wide range of high-quality wines and specialities of the creative cuisine, and continued by introducing the first Champagne&Caviar Bar on the Adriatic with a unique selection of champagnes, vodkas and caviar.
