Ravna Gora – Kupjak
Gorski kotar's new sledding area

Since the beginning of the year, Gorski kotar's winter offering has been enriched with another attractive facility – a 130-metre-long toboggan run, equipped with a 90-metre baby lift and accompanying accommodation and restaurant facilities. Once winter is over, an attractive Snow Tuby run for summer sledding will be installed on this slope, which is located in the vicinity of Ravna Gora.

A new sledding area has recently been opened on the large slope located in Kupjak near Ravna Gora in Gorski kotar. The area, described by its owners as a large amusement park, includes an attractive 130-metre sledding run, equipped with a 90-metre baby lift, and an artificial snow system to provide ideal conditions throughout the winter. Particularly interesting is the fact that the area will remain open even after the snow melts. After winter, the owners plan to install an attractive Snow Tuby system for tubing on dry surface. The half-pipe for circular-shaped inflatable tubes will wind down the slope, providing the venue for daily amount of fun – not only for children.
Next to the sledding area is a restaurant and accommodation facility built in a rustic, alpine style to round off this attractive offer.
Meals are served in a tavern that can accommodate up to 50 people, and those interested in staying overnight can choose from five rooms of different sizes decorated in a modern style. In addition, the whole property is built of Finnish pine logs, which makes this structure fold nicely into the surrounding area dominated by the woods and the green colours of the local vegetation.
