Quality and environmental management to the highest standards

Mali Lošinj's Jadranka Group, which includes the Jadranka Hotels Company, Jadranka Commerce Company, Jadranka Campsites Company, Slatina Campsite Company, and Jadranka Joint Stock Company, has successfully implemented the re-certification of its quality and environmental management system. After first being certified in 2008, this company now continues its businesses in full compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 standards.

After the revision of the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certificates this May, the Jadranka Group from Mali Lošinj has continued working in line with the directives for quality and environmental management. This information is quite important for visitors, because the Jadranka Group includes well-known tourism companies Jadranka Hotels, Jadranka Commerce, Jadranka Campsites, Kamp Slatina, and Jadranka d.d.
The news of the successful revision of the ISO 9001:2008 quality management certificate and the ISO 14001:2004 environmental management certificate, which were first obtained in 2008, came in mid-July.
The importance of the ISO certificates for the companies within the Jadranka Group is reflected not only in the fact that they confirm the companies' quality, but also with regard to the long-term improvement of services aimed at improving satisfaction of customers, visitors, employees and the local community in accordance with the system directives. Since Mali Lošinj has been widely recognised as a true oasis of unspoilt nature and balmy climate, this environmental management certificate is an additional proof of Jadranka Group's long-term vision. Since the ISO 14001:2004 system was first established three years ago, all the companies within Jadranka Group have significantly improved their processes related to environmental protection, particularly with regard to waste separation and water and gas control. However, this is just a small part of the achievements aimed at improving the overall quality of tourism and life in Mali Lošinj according to the certificates and long-term plans of the Jadranka Group Management.
