New opening for Rijeka's Tourist Information Centre (TIC)
New design for the TIC and new brochure for Rijeka

Although Rijeka's Tourist Information Centre moved to a new address (Korzo 14) a few months ago, its new office has only recently been officially opened after careful refurbishment and the implementation of a new marketing design. In addition, a comprehensive new promotional brochure has been prepared for Rijeka's visitors.

The Rijeka Tourist Information Centre has recently moved to a new, more attractive location in the centre of the town. Now the TIC has many surprises for the visitors: a new visual identity, an improved offer… right at the town's busiest pedestrian zone, Korzo 14.
Already at the entrance to the TIC, visitors will meet some of the town's most important cultural and historical sites and events that are displayed on the pictures. These images will change with time, in order to make this centre interesting and original. In addition, there is a new logo of the City of Rijeka, which marks the beginning of the project of Kvarner visual identity as a unique region. The new symbol is a creation of Croatia's most famous marketing agency "Bruketa & Žinić" and is characterised by three colours typical of Rijeka, and the motto "Diversity is beautiful" – in accordance with the Kvarner logotype. The TIC is available to tourists from Croatia and abroad, and also to the inhabitants of Rijeka who need detailed information about the town, various brochures, tourist guides, and other information materials. The TIC also offers tickets for various events in the town, and souvenirs with the "Rijeka original" and "Special quality" labels.
The vivid mixture of colours and typical motifs of the town has now been enhanced with a new brochure published by the Atlas agency. This is a particularly valuable source of information, because this if the first time that a publication of ca. 60 pages promotes the rich tourist history of the town of Rijeka. The booklet is primarily aimed at foreign visitors and tourists that want to experience the town in its entirety. The booklet is available in five languages – English, German, Italian, Spanish and Croatian, and offers plenty of information about programmes, attractions, themed routes, and stories, all with the aim of promoting the city of Rijeka as an interesting destination for longer stays.
